Amount due: One Billions

Alright, I am convinced, and this is really the best way to handle this situation. I agree to be invaded by a Russian, or even an army of them. Once this happens I feel I should be entitled to One Billion Dollars from the Government of the United States of America. This act will improve relations between the two countries exponentially as . . . .everyone will henceforth try to do it. I realize the sacrifice involved in this mission, but I'm no scientologist.
